Angel resides in Kahalu`u and is eager to guide yoga practitioners from the community and around the island as they join her in making yoga a beneficial part of their lives. As an instructor of yoga, Angel’s enthusiasm and allegiance towards maintaining a free spirit, perceptive mind, and healthy body radiate from all aspects of her life. To complement the physical training that yoga provides she continuously studies healing with whole foods, nutrition, anatomy, kinesiology, spirituality, education, communication, and leadership. These experiences have supported a comprehensive understanding of health and happiness, and the development of the skills necessary to assist others in finding their own path to improved health. She aspires to bring all of the tools she has attained along her personal path to share with others as they embark on a journey of their own through yoga.
