Handstand time!!! How much do you think you can achieve if you committed yourself to one month of practice? Join me for 4 dedicated weeks of practice to build your handstand! To achieve and progress this pose it takes a knowledgeable set of eyes, proper body preparation, and regular weekly practice. Here you get all three in one place. Although this workshop is specific to handstands, your entire inversion practice will benefit from the methods and techniques covered in this workshop. We will break down; proper warm up, joint and body prep, exiting strategies, and biomechanics. You will practice both partner and solo drills, as well as multiple entry techniques, and every training session will finish with shoulder and wrist rehab. Over the last 3 years I have traveled around the world teaching Yoga, Acro, and Handstands while also training with some of the top handstand coaches and circus schools in the world including; Circus Center SF, Dinamo (Athens, Greece,) Miguel Santana, Jason Nemer, and Olaf Triebel.
