Immerse yourself in blissful relaxation and naturally attune your mind and body through the healing powers of sound vibration with the Gong. This one hour class features an extended Savasana set to the live sounds of the Gong.
An evening of deep relaxation and healing awaits you. This class will be a time to stop and let yourself be deeply nourished.
David will take some time at the beginning of the session to help bring each person into a state of relaxation using light yoga, breath or other meditation techniques to prepare the mind and body for a fulfilling experience.
Join us this Sunday, October, 15th at 5:15pm. Room is not heated but remains warm (approx 80- 85F)
