    Saturdays – 9am-1pm
    Sundays – 12:30-4:30pm

    Cost: $3,000 | $2,400 for Bronze Members

    Once full payment is made, you can start your unlimited yoga class pass as early as 30 days before the training

    BREAKDOWN OF HOURS

    100 hours: Training Techniques: Structurally aligned asana, pranayama, meditation.

    30 hours: Teaching Methodology:Creative & effective sequencing, hands-on techniques.

    20 hours: Functional Anatomy and Physiology: Primary muscular, skeletal & joint distinctions, anatomy of breath

    30 hours: Yoga Philosphy and Ethics:Historical classic & tantric roots, ayurveda, modern evolutions in yoga

    20 hours: Practicum: Practice teaching from your own heart & wisdom.

    EXAMPLE OF TOPICS COVERED

    Grounding in the Ancient Roots of Yoga, the Tantric Roots of Hatha Yoga,Krishnamacharya’s Vinyasa Krama, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Nidra

    Development of life-long relationship to the classic texts of Yoga

    Skills of seeing, relating and interpreting the levels of imbalance in all aspects of embodiment

    Skills for hand-on adjustments in the primary poses and intermediate asanas

    Skills for creating a class to a specific person’s needs including weakness of lower back, shoulders, wrists, knees, hips

    Introduction to Special Populations such as children, prenatal, & elderly

    Development of the practical knowledge in both biomechanical and energetic alignment for safety, effectiveness and ease

    Application of multi-dimensional sequencing for effectiveness and diversity of movement including basic Sun Salutations and various other creative Namaskars

    Basic use of Sanskrit pronunciation of the asanas and universal chants (mantras) of yoga

    Deepening connection to the living flow of yoga by developing one’s own personal practice or “sadhana”

    Cultivation of living Ayurveda (science of life), understanding of your dosha (personal blueprint), life rhythms, path of rejuvenation
