Vinyasa/ Hatha style mixed intermediate class that challenges the body physically focusing on core strength and balance. A series of 22 postures in 50 min that flow together while using the pranayama breath to guide you through your practice. The class is concluded with a 10 minute deep relaxation/ meditation focusing on aligning the third (solar plexus), fourth (heart) and fifith (throat) Charkras. A yoga class that will prepare you to take on the challenges of the day stronger physically, mentally and emotionally.
