I firmly believe that the best way to take care of and give to others is to first take care of yourself. Start the new year and recommit to self-love, self-care, and personal wellness with a weekend of nourishment and connection. As women, we naturally gravitate toward the role of caretakers and nurturing others. And often, we forget to listen to our needs and nurture our own Self. So, let’s practice a little bit (or how about a lot) of Self-love. Join me for an entire weekend of luxury where your only job is to rest and receive. Let’s pause to breathe, set an intention, and lean into the magic of being YOU.
