    Sam Rice, E-RYT 500, has been teaching since 2007. Sam is known for her diligent and detailed alignment instructions, that are delivered with great skill, passion, and humor, offering students the opportunity to find renewed depth in practice. Sam is also known for her progressive sequencing with the ability to breakdown the component parts of asana postures to make them more accessible and offer insight for refinement. Sam Rice is the Lead Teacher Trainer for yogahour and has designed the yogahour 200-hour Teacher Training curriculum that is used throughout studios internationally and nationwide. Sam Rice also leads 300-hour Advanced Teacher Trainings. She teaches as a guest teacher in numerous other 200-hour and 300-hour teacher trainings. The four workshop sessions will take place at Balancing Monkey Yoga Studio, located in the Hilo Shopping Center at 1221 Kilauea Avenue in Hilo.
