Apologies for any confusion, but DUE TO THE MARATHON on sunday, we have postponed the event until the following Sunday, the 17th! It has been long enough…it’s time for Gong in the Park…and we come with Powerful Intention! Dave Heiss & SuperNova Sarah Daigle (and possibly a couple other Gongsters) will be joining together to offer a morning of breathwork and Sacred Sound with Gongs, Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls and more. We enter Mercury in Retrograde on December 2nd until the 22nd, plus we are nearing the end of the year…this is a deep time of reflection; A time to go within and pay attention – attention to your accomplishments, your learning lessons and where your heart is leading you next. Have you been completely honest with your Self this year? Have you honored your passions? Have you been giving your Self the love and attention you need? Ponder upon what kind of impact have you made and what kind of impact you Know you can have…. It is when we are paying attention to our own journey, our own healing paths, our own unique inner creativeness that the biggest and most positive transformations come about on our planet. It is when we become the change we want to see in the world that the actual changes around us begin to flourish and take shape. Choose to take time out to dive into the sound this morning and allow the space to reflect and dream. Set the tone – the vibe – that you want for your day, your week, your upcoming year. Choose and embody the positive Change that you Are. Here and Now. **Bring a notebook/journal to set some ideas, dreams, visions, plans into physical reality! Donations in energy exchange for the Experience No Cash? We understand. We Read more [...]
