Restorative Yoga of Yin Yoga is about un-doing patterns of holding tension. The body remembers every experience and stores these in our cell tissue. Often these memories can manfest as tension, stiffness, tightness and heaviness in the body. Learn how to unwind, decompress and let go of tension in the body, mind and soul through gentle poses and guided meditations using the healing power of the Tibetan signing bowls. Crafted with 7 different metals, the vibration of the Tibetan bowls penetrates through our cell tissues and into the energy body, clearing the 7 chakras (energy centers), supporting healing on all levels. Learn how to love yourself through surrender. All of the poses are done laying down or sitting down. Each student will receive hands-on adjustments to enhance alignment and support. All levels welcome.

No experience is necessary. All you have to do is lie back, relax and breath. The Gongs are possibly the most powerful healing modality I have found thus far in my life journey. I have been gifted the ability to utilize these sound tools as a powerful vehicle to channel in other healing energies from different planets and star systems. I have witnessed hundreds of spontaneous healings, along with countless people experiencing emotional and mental clearing and stress and anxiety release.
